I have survived the Snowquester Storm of 2013, and quite comfortably I might add. Today is much better, but still cold and windy which I why I found it fitting to consult the Canadians on this one. Straight from Manitoba complete with an official customs form from US Fish and Wildlife (which made me feel like it was about to get REAL), feast your eyes upon what my best friend Meah refers to as the coyote butt cheek hat.
